Smectic, the most typical arrangement, makes levels of molecules. There are plenty of variants in the smectic period, such as smectic C, where the molecules in each layer tilt at an angle through the past layer. An additional frequent phase is cholesteric, generally known as chiral nematic. During this stage, the molecules twist a little bit from o
